{"id":1464,"date":"2015-06-20T11:42:24","date_gmt":"2015-06-20T09:42:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.padovagrandeguerra.it\/?p=1464"},"modified":"2021-03-15T18:11:54","modified_gmt":"2021-03-15T17:11:54","slug":"antonio-sbettega-medaglia-di-bronzo-v-m","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.padovagrandeguerra.it\/?p=1464","title":{"rendered":"Antonio Sbettega, Medaglia di Bronzo V.M."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Le notizie qui riportate sono tratte dal volume di Bruno Savin &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.padovagrandeguerra.it\/?p=1455\">In guerra con il coraggio della fede<\/a>&#8220;, 1999<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nacque a Battaglia Terme (Pd) il 1\u00b0 settembre 1896 Antonio Sbettega, figlio di Luigi e di\u00a0Natalina Agostini, decorato con Medaglia di Bronzo al Valor Militare nella Grande Guerra. \u00c8 uno dei sette Sbettega di Battaglia Terme che parteciparono al conflitto, altri due con il suo stesso nome di Antonio (uno era il cugino). Di professione carrettiere, il 24 novembre 1915 \u00e8 assegnato al 2\u00b0 reggimento Artiglieria da montagna ed entra in zona di guerra un mese dopo all&#8217;et\u00e0 di 19 anni. Un anno dopo, il 26 ottobre 1916, viene promosso caporale maggiore per meriti di guerra e nel giugno 1917 \u00e8 promosso sergente.
